  1. Maybe the designers at Facebook are going for a casino effect? If things were more streamlined there, people wouldn’t be so distracted and stick around following different threads (and get exposure to ads). It’s all about the almighty buck IMO.

    That would work, if only apps were monetizing. The numbers have been awful since the redesign, since no one can find the EFin apps (thank goodness — less invites. sheesh!)

    FB is like OpenID. Good in theory but a total FAIL implementation wise. :|
